There are a whole bunch of spoiler photos helping tell the story of the Wednesday, September 10 episode of The Young and the Restless. They focus on a wide variety of conversations, and an unfortunate circumstance for Billy and Sally. It’s a lesson that comes courtesy of Cane.
Scenes From Genoa City
Well, we know from Y&R’s weekly video preview that Billy (Jason Thompson), his hat, and Sally (Courtney Hope) show up to the big launch of their company (more hers), Abbott Communications. They are all decked out for the theme — the Dawn of Television — and nothing. Apparently, they expected the party to be hopping already, even though they own the company. They are stunned because in Society, it’s pretty much crickets. Not a soul in the place except…
Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn), the billionaire businessman formerly known as Aristotle Dumas, is there all by his lonesome at the bar. And he gives them a welcome, which undoubtedly involves him telling Billy and Sally that they have been Dumas’d! The teasers tell the truth about what’s going on here: Cane ruins Billy and Sally’s big night. Yikes. Will he tell them exactly why he’s done what he’s done?
Is this about revenge for Billy firing Lily (Christel Khalil) from Chancellor? Or maybe he found out that Billy had Cane followed, and this is about giving Billy an elaborate and menacing message to back off.

Get ready for another Phyllis (Michelle Stafford) and Cane conversation. At least this one isn’t on Cane’s train. The teasers happen to include a bit about Phyllis taking control. Exactly what does she take control of?
While one of the images in this slide features Jack (Peter Bergman) and Diane (Susan Walters) talking to their son (probably trying to talk some sense into him), Jack has something else to think about. He and Diane might be chatting about a cryptic message he received. Is it Cane-related, or is some new, fresh hell coming for the Abbotts?
Meanwhile, at Crimson Lights, Kyle (Michael Mealor) and Claire (Hayley Erin) are standing and talking, and don’t seem to be sipping any coffee. This must be the tail end of Tuesday’s conversation. It seems like these two might be on the same page again. But Claire does say she still needs some time, presumably moving beyond recent events including that ill-timed proposal.
It looks like Kyle and Holden (Nathan Owens) will also get a chance to mix things up on Wednesday. Does Kyle know that Holden’s been spending a lot of time supporting Claire and drinking Vespers with her? This face-to-face may prove to be a tense and awkward interaction.
