‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Tristan Rogers Makes his Final TV Appearance Giving Cane Advice; Phillis Gives a Pep Talk and then Cane Ends their Plans

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers here and we’re ready to keep things rolling with some fun spoilery goodies to share.

Tristan’s passing has left the soap world missing one of the greats and we have so many fun memories of him over the years.

Cane Ashby (Billy Flynn) will flash back to Colin giving him advice about dropping his Dumas persona before it was too late.

These memories will help Cane figure out what to say to his kids, so he’ll record a heartfelt message explaining why he did what he did.

Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will hear the end of it and then give Cane a pep talk about his kids coming around. They’ll also talk about Victor Newman (Eric Braeden)’s blackmail material.

Things will seem fine until she leaves. Cane will then message her the plan is over.

That’ll go over well.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Tuesday, August 26: Colin offers Cane advice

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers love how the show gives characters a send off, and in Tristan Rogers’ case, it’s an awesome touch.

Especially since he’ll give Cane advice about not using the Dumas name for long or he’ll lose himself in it.

Remembering back to that, Cane will record a message for his kids. Even though they don’t want to talk to him, he’ll hope they’ll listen to it and understand him more.

This will plant the seeds for him to turn things around and not look to take over Genoa City.

We’re sure this is a backdoor way to avoid Victor’s blackmail, but we’ll see how that works out before long.

‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers for Tuesday, August 26: Cane pulls the plug

Phyllis will continue giving Cane pep talks about giving his kids time to work through everything.

Their talk will turn to Victor’s blackmail and Cane will say he thinks the woman was happy.

Phyllis will point out if it was a con, then no one was really hurt since the woman was so happy and left everything to Colin.

It’ll give Cane something to think on, but after Phyllis leaves he’ll message her that he’s stopping their plan.

We don’t think she’ll be fired, but we doubt there’s a future for her with Cane. This opens the door for her to turn on him, and if she does, will she try to bring Cane down herself?
